Pt. 1: A handy-dandy guide for people who care about American health and science. Vaccines work to keep our communities safer, squashing outbreaks, and stopping our healthcare system from being overwhelmed. Yet, RFK Jr. is setting our vax infrastructure on fire. #impeachthequack

Trumpism is anti-science. Here's frightening proof of what happens when his #DOGE hackers gut the #CDC as he installs a dangerously unqualified #RFKJr to run #HHS - kids die. www.cbsnews.com/news/milwauk...

51%… The number of graduate research fellowships (GRFP) awarded by the NSF fell 51% from 2036 last year to only 1000 this year. The federal funding cuts WILL have long-term effects on not only the development of the next gen of scientists, but also the research they put out. Science is under attack.

On Tuesday, we can secure the liberal majority on Wisconsin’s Supreme Court and show the GOP that Elon Musk’s money can’t buy everything. Help us GOTV for Susan Crawford from anywhere. Wisconsin residents: indivisibleproject.formstack.com/forms/2025_s... Everyone else: mobilize.us/indivisible/...

Because of the attacks on science in the US from recent executive orders, I'm working with other early-career scientists to host a local Stand Up For Science rally at Seattle Center on March 7th. Find more info and RSVP here: www.eventbrite.com/e/stand-up-f... DM me to get involved!
A red and blue flyer with a drawn depiction of the statue of liberty on the left. Starting at the top next to the statue's torch is the word "Seattle". Underneath is a red banner with the bold words "STAND UP FOR SCIENCE 2025". Underneath the banner are details about the event: "March 7, 2025; Seattle Center; 12 PM - 3 PM." Halfway down, to the right of the Statue of Liberty's head is a smaller red banner with the bold words "SCIENCE IS FOR EVERYONE." Underneath the banner and leading to the bottom of the poster are the words "Find your local rally site and other ways to get involved: standupforscience2025.org"
