I love Secret Cat Forest. It's so calming and satisfying.

A cozy treehouse filled with cartoon cats lounging, playing, and napping inside on beds, couches, and rugs; and outside in a box, by flowers, and in a small pond, all set in a lush forest.

A giant tree with pink, blue, and green leaves grows atop a cliff with a waterfall. A blue river flows below, full of fish, with a fishing pole on a dock. A rainbow arcs across the sky.

To all the artists creating in these times: thank you. It’s not easy to make beauty, truth, or meaning when the world feels chaotic. Whether it helps you breathe or comforts others, your work matters. Art doesn’t need to fix the world to be meaningful, sometimes it just needs to exist.

The rainbow pride flag bookstack pendants are sold out! I do plan on making more of these in the future - but I'm currently out of stars so I don't know when that will be (or if they'll be different). There are at least a couple in stock for every other flag! 🏳️‍🌈 whimsystation.com/products/pri...

Seven pendants made with stacks of handmade miniature books and falling stars, the books arranged in the colors of different pride flags.

Whenever neurotypical people like RFK talk about autistic people a lot I get worried. They see us as a problem to be solved, & not because they want to *help us* but because they are *tired of dealing with us*. They want to "fix" us so we won't be a "drain" on them or society.

On functioning labels, support needs, and why I mean all autistic people all the time: it is never rhetorically useful to respond to eugenicists setting conditions on personhood by proving that you meet the conditions. It was never about the conditions, and they will continue to move the goalposts.

Yes, many #autistic people can do the things that RFK Jr. says we can't do. But it's important to acknowledge that some autistic people can't do some or all of those things, and our worth and right to exist are not determined by what we can or can't do.
