Here's a step by step guide to stop Chrome trying to use the 4GB local AI model it secretly downloads: 1. Go to chrome://settings/system and disable "On-device AI" 2. Go to chrome://flags and disable all the flags in the 2nd and 3rd images. 3. Delete the model folder from your Chrome user data.

I can relate a lot with this. The struggle between making tools and making games is real, but it's definitely manageable if you pay attention, and also very rewarding to do! And there is also a lot of middleground: you can assemble a lot of smaller tools to make something that works well for you!
