Another "draw your x like that" trend and nobody credits the woman in the original photo or the person that took it When will we finally give credit where credit is due? It has been what? Two months? Since there has been a cry for more credit across social media And it's promptly forgotten again

FYI the HUGE number of AI slop at GamesCom's opening night live is not a sign that the industry has normalized AI. It's a ploy to make you believe that. These games are all by the same 3 or 4 publishers. This is a concerted effort to make consumers accept AI.

A question for folks who commission artists: what’s your favorite platform/way to request work? What makes it easy for you to view samples, choose options, submit refs, pay, and talk to the artist? From my end, I’ve enjoyed using Ko-fi, but I’d love feedback on what it’s like for the client.

If you hate one creative process, try a new one. If you don't want to study all the time, don't. If you want to draw what you want, do it. If the way everyone else is doing it doesn't light you up, then take a different path. Don't forget you're the creator. You make the rules.

Watercolour redraw of a scene wirh Geralt in a cell on the ship in the Hearts of Stone Story arch. The silhouette of Gaunter O'Dimm can be seen through the bars. He stands out in his yellow and blue garments agains the washed out and dark blue interior of the ship.
The drawing is photographed on backdrop of a Witcher cosplay gambeson and the game wolf school necklace placed onto one corner of the drawing.

not being able to move on from a fandom is stunted growth. fandom has gotten weirdly reactionary about this but it’s true. if you can’t let go of characters created by someone suing amnesty international for identifying her as a bigot and need to be told that’s just fine you are not a serious person

38th attack 7 of wands Bram for @maultaschenprinz.bsky.social I had a vision and had to use the Quen sign and for once my ink behaved. Mostly. So happy I got to draw this Witcher #art #artfight #artfight2026

39th attack 10 of Swords Shay for @pluviance.bsky.social A deal with Death ❤️ I loved picking small(ish) scenes from backstories and fitting them with the Tarot Cards. Really enjoyed bringing Shay, her dad and the Raven Queen together 👌 #art #artfight #artfight2026

Ink drawing with red as an accent colour. The Raven Queen looms in the background, large wings with the symbols of 10 swords drawn on tthem. Her impassive gaze is on Shay, a Halfling pledging her llife to her in order to spare her father. He is in bear wildshape between them, wrapped in a snapped red thread of fate.

Closeup of the drawing with the focus of the snapped thread. There is a glow around it suggesting there could be a possibility to mend it.

Sleepless Knight (2024) [ #art | #oc ]

older digital painting of knight oc Wreg on balcony during summer night. He's shirtless and leaning onto the balcony railing, looking away from the viewer. There are two light pink flower petals left on the balcony railing, close to Wreg's hand - he has likely ripped them, or someone left in a hurry. Wreg also has a red sash tied to the right side of his belt.

32nd attack Knight of Pentacles Aster for @enaux.bsky.social Choosing Aster was embarrassingly easy. I sw the dandelions and was sold 😎 As always though, photographing the golden ink didn't work very well #art #artfight #artfight2026

Ink drawing with gold, green, red, and orange colours. There are dandelions in the foreground and a gust of wind that makes a bunch of dandelion seeds fly from the left to the right. The character sits in the middle, relaxed and smelling an aster. His head is surrounded by a golden halo and more dandelion seeds. He has a prosthetic left leg with an elaborate metall design.

Photo from a lower angle of the same drawing. The gold ink on the prosthetic leg reflects the light.

A painting done in acrylic-markers and black ink.
On the left side, in the foreground of the picture, is a sword stuck in the earth, with rain drops pouring down on it.
In the middle is a fullbody drawing of a paladin, with sword and shield in hand, ready to battle, glowing.
In the background and on the right side is the face of ab elder man, half of it cast in shadows by the hood he is wearing, his long hair grey, as is his beard, a deep sadness and longing set in his visible, brown eye.
