Dolly Parton had a gay heart—and we knew it! She loved the LGBTQ+ community with a warmth and generosity that was utterly genuine, and we loved her right back. She was family to so many of us. And in my case, she was family that accepted me before my own family did. I will love her forever ❤️

New mothers, #cancer patients like me, virtually everyone else. #MitchMcConnell took 92 PAID days off, directly benefiting from a policy he denies the rest of us. Meanwhile I'm teaching 5th grade each day so I don't lose benefits & income. We deserve better. Crowdfunding to stay alive is crazy. ❤️
