deltarune theories i guess idk: - dess and kris went into the bunker and she "disappeared" in it, traumatizing kris - when asgore wasn't able to find her, he either stepped down or was pressured to quit - carol remains convinced dess is in there somehow, hence the secrecy around the code

For those curious, you can run the Powershell command Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName "Recall" -Remove to remove this. Get-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName "Recall" lets you check the status of the feature on your computer.
