Yesterday I attended CoppaFeel!'s conference on breast cancer in young people 🩷 @ashleydaltonmp.bsky.social kindly joined to discuss the National Cancer Plan with us - I asked her how we can ensure a cancer warning is included on forthcoming alcohol labels given that it is a cause of breast cancer.

World Cancer Research Fund is tackling health misinformation this Cancer Prevention Action Week. From supplements and “superfoods” to restrictive diets and alcohol claims, misleading information can divert attention from what we know reduces cancer risk.  It's time to prioritise science.
