EG fell for it too. :( The Capcom presentation contains a slide with "AI世代のゲームエンジンへ" - the article omits the "へ", for one, but the issue is that while 世代 means 'generation', it's in the 'console generation' sense, not like GenAI. Without へ, translation software gets it totally wrong.

Somehow got to top 8 cut for a PQ draft, I was basically suffering a migraine from draft 2 and by the end I think I just was barely functioning. Honestly I was glad to lose the first game of the top 8 so I could go home. No idea what compelled me to draft and build Fatigue Levia 3 times...

Whoever designed the final boss of the mystic arc... I hate you. It was cool as hell mind, I just stopped capturing spellcards because I got to 90 minutes into the battle and all the maidens were down so I just stalled out the clock to win. Game continues to be amazing honestly

Other thoughts after 40 hours with Fortune's Weave: I really love the structure, even if it feels like they've made the SRPG genre way more mainstream friendly by not being 26 30 minute fights back to back The board game world map really makes me think of SaGa There is so much SaGa influence SaGa

After finishing Dietrich's part 1, Fabio is an all timer FE character for me. I thought I'd hate him, I kinda loved how unashamedly racist he is (in a writing way, not I agree way) and he grew on me as the story went on.
