Everybody was given the opportunity to invest in a square meter blue sky. A piece to call their own. It was fun for a few days, like with a new toy, but then the people remembered that the sky was the last thing they had owned together. No one was happy. Not even the businessman who sold the sky.

De Plus markt in Brielle, waar ik een jaar heb gewerkt, is de enige in de omgeving die deze wijn verkoopt. Apassimento betekent dat de druiven langer aan de rank blijven hangen. De wijn krijgt daardoor een hele volle smaak... een beetje idee van port. 😋
