Been building up my collection for about a month now and started watching movies again. Dick Tracy was bad. Massive missed potential. Glad I got it for a dollar. Deadly Dreams, however, was a fantastic psychological thriller playing with what was reality and what were nightmares. A great watch!

A plastic case with the cardboard box of Dick Tracy tapped to the front of it. Prominently featuring Dick Tracy and The Kid. To the right is the box for Deadly Dreams showing off the killer in the movie ominously towering over the sleepy college town.

For the record, I see absolutely no problem with someone pirating something on PC, that they have already purchased on console. If you bought something on Wii U or Switch, there’s absolutely no problem with emulating that on PC for better performance. Some Nintendo fans are corpo cucks to the max.

In contrast to yesterday, I watched Alien from L.A. It was a goofy, cheesy adventure about growing up and the MC finding her father. The set pieces were so cool for a dystopian sci-fi with dark, cramped industrial rooms that felt like they expanded for miles. An easy recommended watch.

The blu-ray for Alien from L.A. showing the MC with the city of Atlantis in the background.

Watched Steel and Lace tonight. A very gory revenge story with some really cool practical effects. It was a good watch, but hard to recommend with frankly bad audio mixing and a slow pace.

Finished Split Fiction w/ @yogenn.bsky.social today. Definitely overall fun, but a few of the side story levels felt like half baked ideas that they couldn’t implement fully in the game.

Got a hold of one of my grails that I’ve been looking for! It’s the North American copy of Blend S on blu-ray. I cannot describe how happy I am finally having this after Aniplex (my sworn enemy) put it out of print.

I’ve been jumping between a lot of things recently and decided something short would be good. Mad Bull 34 was a blood-filled 4 episodes with a lot of violence and nudity. A fun watch, but hard to recommend unless you really like OVAs.

Thrifting haul for today, been wanting to get the Cowboy Bebop movie for a bit and found a few other good things.

Left to right, top to bottom. A dvd copy of Twilight of the Dark Master, blu-ray of Cowboy Bebop the movie, blu-ray of 1/48, blu-ray of the Stallone collector’s set, and a blu-ray copy of The Equilizer 2.

Saw Jazz’s collection today and decided to dust mine off and share. This is just the stuff on display as there is a small bin VHS stored away. There is also another small section, but there is 18+ stuff on there so I won’t subject anyone to that.

This section is for DVDs and VHS. A lot of different anime plus some music VHS.

This is a section of anime Blu-rays. A good mix of special editions, steelbook, and regular boxes.

This section shows off a bit of the previous picture at the bottom and two new sections up top. The stacks up front are for watching later. There are regular movies and anime blu-rays stored haphazardly. I need to get another shelf to fix the congestion.

This is the last section of blu-rays to show. Mostly special editions and regular anime. There are also some movies mixed in.

Computer went kaput a few days ago. Took me a bit to figure out it was the PSU and bad RAM. Got the RAM swapped, but I will have to wait a week to replace the PSU. I guess it’s gonna be Metaphor week. Wonder if I can finish it by then…

A dead computer lays there waiting to be resurrected by computer parts that will be here some time in the future.

I don't do "tolerance paradox". I do "tolerance cycle". You've got to give it to get it. It's a simple transaction that takes zero energy to enforce. Playing pedantic word games & looking for loopholes is already projecting a desire to antagonize. Nuts to that gumble; I'm not playing along!

Took some time to dust off a few things and thought I’d show off my Switch collection. Probably my biggest collection and the only thing I missed showing off was my launch Switch and my Amiibos. Love this console to death. Here’s to hoping the Switch 2 makes a few of these games run better.

A small black shelf displaying a lot of Switch games. Probably close to 100 switch games are displayed.

A small section of Switch games. These are a mix of my brother’s and my own collection. All of this is on a white shelf. Behind the games are various anime DVDs.

Two big box Switcb games from the series Rune Factory. There are also 2 Switch pro controllers. They are on top of the black shelf.

At the top you can see a tan wooden shelf with the RWBY nendoroids just peeping over.

The last of my Switch collection. There are two big box games and two more Switch pro controllers. They are on my usual display and snap picture table.
