Late to the Fire in the Sky party since Amazon took a while to deliver my games. But they're finally here. I really wanna start Sky 2nd so badly since I'm excited for that too, but I'm gonna focus on Fortune's Weave for now. I got a feeling trying to juggle between two massive JRPGs is a bad idea.

Upon querying the search portal (the version available on September 12th, 2021) with non-NSFW
queries, we encountered a significantly high ratio of NSFW results that contained vivid depictions
of sexual violence and other troubling imagery. Even the weakest link to womanhood or some
aspect of what is traditionally conceived as feminine returned pornographic imagery. For example,
when searched for descriptive adjectives such as big and small (Figures 4a and 4b respectively),
terms such as Asian, Indian and Nigerian (Figures 5 (a), (b) and (c) respectively), relationship
terms such as Aunty and Mummy (Figures 6 (a) and (b) respectively), cross-cultural terms such as
Maa and Abuela (Figures 7 (a) and (b) respectively), or demographic-indicators such as Latina

The latest Nintendo Indie World was pretty decent. Nothing I'm super crazy about, but there were a few games that looked interesting to me that I want to try out. I'm glad indies exist; they really get to tap into that weird, experimental side of gaming that we used to see in a lot of retro games.

One thing I do love about the Octopath Traveler series is its amazing boss sprite art, since it's so much larger than the party's sprites. So you can see all of the glorious pixelated details well.

I'm so glad I waited for a Nintendo Switch 2 version of Xenoblade X since I wanted to re-experience the game the best way I could. Definitely will pick this up, although probably in April when the physical version comes out, since I'm not really in a rush for it atm.

I really like how colorful Card el Ciel is. It pleases me. The anesthetic is so unapologetically "RBG computer". Especially Ancie. She just feels like the very concept of "what if we turn one of those RBG computers into an anime girl".

Touhou Metroidvania was making me upset for being stuck in the Remilia boss fight for like two hours. I wasn't having fun, and I felt like I was wasting time. So I just stopped playing. It doesn't help that I was feeling depressed and sad, too. So yea, let's give Touhou restaurant management a try

So, just to prove I just like to whine out loud sometimes, I beat the third boss. Honestly had a much easier time with Patchouli than Marisa. It only took me three tries, while Marisa took me 25+ tries.

Touhou Luna Nights is so hard. It took me an hour to beat Marisa. Which is incredibly slow for Metroidvania player standards. I do not like hard games. Retrying bosses over and over again is just time-wasting to me.
