Took a few well-deserved days off from my corporate job and spent yesterday doing nothing but lazing in the blazing Phoenix sun by a pool with a cocktail and @dylanpark.com’s book… which I started and already finished. As I told him: I chuckled, I laughed, and then I cried. 10/10 recommend.

Today would’ve been my little brother’s birthday. I say “would’ve” because Rory was a victim of America’s gun violence epidemic. He wasn’t out committing crimes, he wasn’t trying to be a hero, it wasn’t even some unfortunate accident—he was killed by a stranger for no reason at all.
