The SONIA trial shows the utility of well-designed academic trials. But funding such studies is getting harder and harder. This is potentially very interesting data but follow up is short at this point and would want to see an EFS/OS outcome. Does provide early signal and could be useful for those where steroids are contraindicated or problematic
