Jennie Morgan @drmorgan.bsky.social · 29/07/2026An exciting day. Toast is back on this coeliacs menus! Took the chance-a-tunity to upgrade appliances given I had to get rid of the old gluten filled one. 020

Jennie Morgan @drmorgan.bsky.social · 14/07/202610 days into shift to coeliac friendly dietary changes. I’m not gonna lie, it’s been a 🎢, & yesterday was not a good day WRT energy, pain & outlook 😭 onwards! Screaming into the ether, as while I know there has been no better time to be a ceoliac, it’s still a HUGE adjustment. 020

Jennie Morgan @drmorgan.bsky.social · 07/07/2026Day 6 doing coeliac diet. What learnt?! Most places so far seem accommodating. If I can’t find anything out & about, there are always crisps 😂 “free from” range is super expensive. Gluten free scones OK but not convinced of texture. Welcome words are “avoid contamination” “dedicated fryer” 😂 130
