This has been on the cards about a decade. It's inevitable sadly - numbers are the owners can make £11-15 million selling plot for redevelopment but tenants only pay ~£130k annual rent. Arts organisations just can't compete with a distorted market like that and a laissez-faire planning environment

This is quite cool. My university is the first organisation in the world to force Microsoft to allow us to turn off copilot summaries in Word 365, after a backlash against it from staff (including, very vocally, me). That cannot have been easy for our heroic IT people so hats very much off to them!
