Also FFS add sugar(glucose, not just fructose from squash) to your electrolyte drinks. They keep making them "sugar free" and the whole point of rehydration mixes is to mix glucose and sodium cos they're picked up together.

Not enough people seem to know this but: The reflective window film you can get? It also reflects IR and UV, so if your home is overheating in the sun, you can put it on your windows and you'll get much less solar rise. It's 100% removable too, so you can do it without your landlords permission.

They recently got together with 50 volunteers to assemble the tourniquets - all based on the Palestinian-created Glia design and 3D-printed in Tuscon. They'll be used to treat people injured by Israel's devastating attacks on Lebanon - all that's left is to ship them.
