I offer an old photo of my ultimate lesbian, Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq... alongside her beautiful and incredible wife, Dorgono.

A mimicked candid photograph of Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq and Dorgono Yuuno-Qerel. Dorgono holds Zaya's chin in her hand, with the two facing the camera as a wreath of glowing hearts has been overlayed around their faces.

#xivwomenweek Day 4 - Stormblood "Forward! FORWARD! Give them no quarter!" "You! Traitor! Kinslayer!" "You're no kin of mine!" #gpose | #apolloffxiv | #lyse | #fordola

The Battle of Rhalgr's Reach. Lyse is performing a roundhouse kick to try and knock Fordola down, while Fordola braces with her buckler and prepares for a counterattack.

A reverse angle, showing Lyse's armored boot clanging against Fordola's shield.

💚Morning Stroll with Ser Conaron Starblade💚 #ConaPose

It's early morning in The Lavender Bed housing wards, and Ser Conaron Starblade smiles as her partner arrives for their walk. She has dressed up in a modest, but flattering, green shirt and pants with heels of all shoes to wear for a walk!

Then again... If Conaron was to "admit" that her feet are tired when walking in those heels then she could obtain a piggy-back ride perhaps :)

It matters not though as Conaron is just happy to see her partner here and wanting to take a small stroll with her <3

I think there are three that qualify for me: - Dragon Age: Origins - Fire Emblem: Awakening - Valkyria Chronicles Not even XIV comes close in my mind to these three in terms of impact.

people just think lesbians are the most entitled people alive for wanting sincere full chested representation in media and shockingly don't do this for other sexualities. god forbid women be narrative, thematic, and artistic space to breathe and live, right?

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I've been thinking that something similar would be for the best in my writing as well. Though it may not even be creating a new character, but instead 'unmooring' either P'uuma or Kyva to serve as a "Companion to the Hero," letting me throw them into the bs without worry.

010

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Yeah... It really doesn't help that, with my focus on writing more NPC-type characters, I've tied myself to regions of the game that have been completely forgotten by the overall narrative. While that does mean I could do whatever I want with them, it also means there's nothing new to work with. :/

Psych, with the (current) ultimate goal of going into counseling. It’s not exactly what I want to do with my life — I don’t think I’ll ever have an answer to that — but it’s a role I think I would enjoy and be well-suited for.

I mean, I check in basically every day to see what's going on, though it is much less interaction than I previously did. Going back to school does that to people, I suppose.

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

And, look. I like Curious Gorge. I think it's great that we have a job mentor who's far weaker than us from the get-go, and that the storyline is focused more on helping this guy learn HIS ancestral art. But fuck, dude. Let the man grow a god-damn spine instead of putting his self-worth on a girl.

0110

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Keep in mind that Gorge did not follow Dorgono. He CHASED her, a whole quest after she left, because he couldn't accept that this girl who treated him like shit chose to go home. Why? Because he fucking wanted his affections reciprocated. That's some fuckin' Nice Guy behavior.

190

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

+ That HE is the only one who can master his inner beast, rather than copping out and saying "Oh, y'know, he managed to fix his core character flaw because this beautiful girl who showed no interest until now said yes to his honestly really creepy behavior of chasing her halfway across the globe."

170

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

This is my idea: Dorgono rejects Gorge. She says it plain and simple that she likes women, and has no romantic feelings for him. Shift this whole event one quest earlier, and have the Lv.70 Quest -- where you unlock Inner Release -- be about Gorge learning that HE is the one who decides his worth +

160

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Oh, I'd also fix the Warrior Storyline. For one, Dorgono is a lesbian. That's just canon. For another, for a class theme focused on 'Controlling your anger' and 'mastering your emotions,' I think that having the crux of Gorge's arc be "Finding love will fix all your self-esteem issues" is dumb af

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Zaya's whole purpose in Doma is to let Hien stay like that, rather than magically become a (not particularly) competent ruler so we can focus more on Lyse and Ala Mhigo. She's there to be the one who keeps Doma running while Hien fumbles his way through unexpected sovereignty.

070

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Hell, this whole aspect is why I made Zaya Doman in the first place: To solve the problems I had with how they depicted Hien. His writing felt the best from Lv. 64-67, when he was still just the 'Errant Prince,' rather than a king-to-be or even the 'Rightful Heir.' +

170

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

+ become the king, as he had multiple older siblings in line ahead of him. Hien was raised to be a Samurai and -- maybe -- a general, but he was definitely NOT raised with the prospect of succeeding the throne. He's out of his depth, though he puts on a brave face for the populace.

190

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

Honestly, all I would really do is change a number of Hien's lines to: 1. Deal with the fact that the writers clearly had no idea what they were doing with him, and as a result wrote him to be far worse than he is supposed to be. 2. Write him as the UNWITTING Rightful Heir, who was never meant to +

[ #ZayaQotD ] [ #ZayaYuuno ] - Only if they make Samurai a tank. And even then it’s just swapping from DRK to SAM (her two main jobs) [ #P’uumaLanaa ] Probably not, but I will not deny the appeal of Bastion P’uuma. (Give the feral catgirl gun-shields and Tank-level sustain.)

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

[ #P’uumaLanaa ] It’s similar for P’uuma, though she’d be a lot more open about how much she appreciates the compliment. Of course, she’d also ask if you’ve met her mother, because her mother is THE BEST and there’s no way a convicted felon like P’uuma could compare.

[ #ZayaQotD #ZayaYuuno ] This is such a heavy question to answer for Zaya, since family is so pivotal to her motivations and story. The best answer I can give is that she’d probably just offer a simple “Thanks” or “I’m Glad” while considering it the single greatest compliment she’s ever received.

P'uuma would be either an Assassin or Berserker, and Kyva would be an Archer or a Caster (MAYBE Saber as well, but the class identity doesn't quite fit with her.)

Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq 🍉 @dragonofdoma.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

[ #ZayaQotD #ZayaYuuno ] Zaya Yuuno-Dalamiq would, as a servant, have aptitude for all of the main seven classes aside from Caster and Assassin (so Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider, and Berserker.) Her most likely result would be either Saber or Rider, though. Also she'd have Item Creation regardless.
