i urge folks to pressure your representatives into taking hard stances against ICE in your neighborhoods. and more importantly, i urge you to show up for your communities. get involved with anti-ICE organizations, solidarity groups, and rapid response networks. this movement needs all of us.

it is very easy to be overwhelmed with grief and anger in these moments. how could one not when they hear ICE shot at a man and his 5yr old child in marble hill yesterday? this violence we are exposed to every single day is designed to overwhelm us, to instill fear in us, to immobilize us.
