BBC are reporting City benefited from at least £830m of undeclared funding over 9 years. Using the Everton formula of 10 points over a single £20m discrepancy, City should be docked at least 415 points, so 46 points a year for the next 9 years. Works for me

Vets: Cunts. £600 in already for “tests” for a relatively minor ailment. All come back clear and dog otherwise healthy. Now proposing £1530 worth of further tests with no indication of how much it might cost before they stop doing tests and propose some medication for the aforementioned ailment.
