Reduced or halted insulin production, metabolic stasis, liver failure etc... are the riskier ones. Less common. The usual headaches, fatigues, GI stasis (which is more common than metabolic stasis) - low or no medicine absorption leading due to the slower suggestion leading to liver overloading.

GLP-1 inhibitor aka GLP-1 receptor agonist, used in extremel urgent situations where diabetes patients need to lose weight quickly. So of course they got a secondary approval to market it as a weight loss drug. They're injections that trigger insulin production and slow digestion.

I work for about 5 physical media companies at the moment, and they were easily the second strongest in the industry behind Criterion. Kind of the perfect mix between Arrow and Mill Creek in terms of profit margins and catalog curating. Losing them (eventually) will be a devastating blow.
