Well that was about 27.3 times harder than the numbers suggest. Except for the heart rate… that tells it all. Avg 144, max 169. Got lost (never saw a single red arrow sign) so ended up doing the 35km. Might have struggled to complete the 50 before the cut. I am drastically unfit. Or just old.
