Probably Kirby’s Blowout Blast. It has some fans, but most people just think it’s too simple. However I think it’s such a fun retelling of Dream Land 1. Plus, like that game, the stuff that’s after Dedede is surprisingly difficult and adds more depth than you’d probably expect

Star Allies being here and not Forgotten Land or Return to Dream Land Deluxe is kinda crazy but I also absolutely respect it. That game is so much better than a lot of people give it credit for (primarily cus the post game is phenomenal) even if its still the weakest Switch mainline Kirby game imo

Games are for everyone. Not just you. Not just your gender. Not just your race. For EVERYONE. A game featuring a character who has at least one characteristic different than you is not an agenda, it's just different from you. The game is still for you too, and everyone else.

I like to think that James named the team after his son and not the other way around. #art #StarFox

James: This is James McCloud of Team Star Fox--
Fox: THAT'S ME!
James: ...That was our team mascot.

I wanted to talk a bit more about playing off meta at top level Dread is not the first time I've done this either. I tend to push off meta or unproven weapons when I notice they work for me results wise, and I am totally up to giving advice for others pushing their own weapons on how to make it here

I wanted to briefly speak on the idea that top players won't let you use off meta weapons mostly because I feel I have a very important pov here. I started using Dread late last year and at the time I did, no one had gotten a tourney win or anything in either scene with it. The weapon was entirely unproven and seen as dogshit by a lot of high ranked players for being a worse bucket, or zones cheese spam, or too slow for the meta or whatever. However when I won the first tourney I did with it, I had no trouble practicing and using the weapon in that environment.

Maybe its different lower down, I have no idea honestly, and yes I obviously still had to get good results with it first, but I think in general you prove yourself as a player first before anything. But the idea that you can't play these weapons is just wrong, I had multiple groups play with me and I only struggle to find them now because the groups I had are now on teams (which obviously makes sense to prioritize) and I am picky on the comp I want built around my weapon. That's totally fine.

Oh yeah the Chapter 3 superboss is rough and I do really like it because of that. Although while I agree that the normal Spamton NEO fight isn't as hard as Jevil, I don't think it's that much easier and solo Spamton certainly gave me more trouble

I decorated my graduation cap in the style of the game that partially prevented me from dropping out of art school two years ago. I had a lot of fun making it! Thank you to splatoon and the wonderful community of artists and players for inspiring this art major to keep pushing onward!

A splatoon-themed, hand-drawn graduation cap with a lavender-colored squid up top. Underneath it says "Thanks, Splatoon!" in the classic S1 font and 「イカよろしく~」, the Squid Sisters' iconic catchphrase in Japanese. On the left and right are two quotes from the Squid Sisters' dialogue from the splatoon 3 grandfest. "Without all the stuff that happened in the past, we wouldn't be who we are now." "You're right! Our shared memories are our greatest treasures!" Beneath the text is Callie and Marie's classic dialogue icons and a sticker of a purple inkling girl in a school uniform.
