Still astounds me how much folks care about the Oscars when the judges fully admit they don’t even watch the movies half the time. Oh well.

Also the book case needs to be reprinted. Definitely screwed up the supports on it. Oh well, easy enough to do. Books, desk, scrolls, more books, book case, rats, and… cloth carpet? Things are a brewin!

WIP! Been a weirdly busy weekend with a fair number of side quests. As such I’ve had basically no brush time, and what I have had I’ve been using to design the display base and dial in some 3D printed parts for the sage/scribe. Going to actually try to finish the model tomorrow. Base next weekend.

I would pay a frightening amount of money (that I don’t have) for a Mordheim reboot with the quality of cool ass sculpts coming from Necromunda.

Gifted a lovely collection of classic Galaxy Magazines. Man. If you ever want a master class on how to not label your spines in a way that makes it easy to organize…

Such poise! Such grace! Such difficulties with low hanging trees and ropes! Knight Runner 2 is now complete! Still a few more lads to go then we’re all done another team :) #bloodbowl #warhammer #theoldworld #wepaintminis #nerdlings #paintslam2026 #terriblyfrench

I have been slowly working saying “good morning/afternoon” as a conversation leaver, rather than goodbye. Just because it really throws the other person off.

The lack of separation is really interesting these days. I remember when we have two conservative parties. One was utter CCRAP

WIP! Almost done the knight. Lots of little talismans to do. I’m not thrilled with him. Honestly. I can’t tell if it’s the sculpt or just how it’s coming together, but I don’t want to spend more time trying to figure it out. Damn deer head took like an hour and I still think it’s poop. Oh well.

My personal plan is to simply not make it that far. It's a good one so far I think!

WIP! Leather is done! Metallics are mid step. Base of Leadbelcher is down and first layer of Nuln Oil (some complex areas will get a second tap, I can be heavy handed on battlefield quality models).

The company my pension (ha) plan is through has a podcast and I keep getting emails like “two new episodes are available to listen to!” Who are listening to these?! Who is buckling down for a riveting episode 12 about saving for retirement (that will never come)???

Oh yeah. Those legs snap real good and are a bitch to repair. Champions of Death have the same problem but their weak spot is the torso

WIP! More work on the SageScribe. Didn’t do much as after all day tournamenting I didn’t really want to look at minis for too long. Still some face work needing to be done too. Now featuring my new idea of “also let’s look at it from a real human distance images”

A successful Blood Bowl Labour Bowl tournament today! Great friends, great matches! Played Goblin Kontraptions and had an absolute blast! I have never seen a Vampire team manage to eat itself into losing two matches before. #bloodbowl

So so so proud to announce I hopped over 100 subscribers on my Youtube channel last night. I’m pretty pleased because it’s an old old old school style of let’s play and theres no algorithm chasing at all. Nothing special video-wise to celebrate, I’m just proud of myself for it :)

WIP! Added the leathers, brown cloth, white cloth, and a few other odds and ends. Metallics, trinkets, and a few bits left. And base. I’d say “finished tomorrow” but tomorrow is loaded with strike related work (still not on strike, but could be Saturday) so I don’t think I’ll have brush time.
