I've been idly putting together an expansion for The Wild Beyond The Witchlight (mostly for the campaign I'm running) and... well, is this random encounter a step too far?

Hot Tub
The characters discover an area of the marsh that has been built up around with a circular earth wall. From the outside it looks like a defensive rampart, but in fact it’s only there to keep the inside safe from the flooding marshwaters. Some gentle chatter and socialization can be heard as the characters approach.

The barrier is easily climbed, revealing the inside to be a raised pool of pleasantly hot water where a number of satyrs are bathing and relaxing in a way that suggests things might sometimes turn steamy in more ways than one.

The characters are welcome to join the pool party, which is friendly and convivial. If they take a short rest here and share their provisions with the satyrs, they can heal twice as many hit points for each hit die spent. The satyrs will behave themselves impeccably in company (unless the characters want to get frisky with them, in which case the fey will be more than willing!).

The pool is 3 feet deep and 20 feet across, heated by three permanently hot magical stones placed at its center.

I'm not sure I'd want to risk testing that theory, but I take my hat off to you for going for it! I mean - you've very explicitly referred to him as "D&D's Strahd" and everything! Still, if the Pinkertons aren't at your door yet, you seem to be in the clear...
