WNBA fandom is in such a wild place online. Aside from a lot of the off court scandals and crises, the tenor is so wildly negative because the discourse is driven by stan extremists and not people who have interests in other sports and know the ups and downs that are just intrinsically in sports.

2) OKC has a ton of depth. We all knew this but huge games from Hartenstein and Caruso and McCain while it took SGA a good while to get going. Also active hands on every rebound and every pass and every dribble by the Spurs ball handlers.

The Spurs lost that game last night for a few reasons. 1) Wemby is fatigued. It looks like it took him quite a while a few days to recover from his energy expenditure from that epic game 1. You could see that he was hesitant to go inside the arc and fight for positioning.
