The waitlist for our new infra tool is OPEN! 🎉 Engineers who’ve seen the early version of it said: “Holy sh*t!” We haven’t revealed to the public what it is yet, but let's just say you might want to start cleaning out your toolbox to make some room. Join the waitlist: platform.engineering

We made these stickers because they say what we believe. A lot of people feel the same way. They’ve been asking for them since day one. What we’re building is at least as cool as the stickers. But unlike the stickers, it actually solves the problem. Follow us here. Launch is coming soon.

Infra feels like guesswork. Tests pass. Then prod breaks. We’re using property-based testing to go beyond examples. Define system rules, throw weird inputs at it, and catch what traditional tests miss. Code + walkthrough here:

Reading about Americans applying for British citizenship is smoking me. Gonna be a similar dynamic to when Orange County Guy moves to Idaho because CA is Too Damn Liberal & then suddenly finds out they’re looking at him like he’s the lib except in this case you just find out you’re unenlightened.

The admin can negotiate all they want, but they are still stuck with the simple dilemma that trade deals can't have all 3 things they promised to deliver: 1) strong near-term growth 2) manufacturing onshoring 3) meaningful revenue gains

There is too much debate on whether the tariffs will be inflationary and not enough focus on tariffs being unambiguously bad for real growth over a timeframe markets care about.
