I'd argue that, for the metrics, it's vastly MORE important that viewers turn this off. There's more viewers than streamers, so even if every streamer turned this off, if viewers don't, the executives can still claim that "most users don't care" and cram it down our throats even harder. Opt out.

I think there are ways to make it easier. :0 The company is working for uses Lizenzero, and we don't use that much packaging, so we buy a license for like 10kg plastics and 100 km paper a year for like 70€ and it seems to work so far i think? Still tho, I getcha. Bah.

Actually animal cruelty in movies honestly just makes me s/mad. I also keep thinking of the snake scene in Friday the 13th; the snake's handler had no idea that they would do that. This was a beloved PET. If someone did that to MY pet, I would've started rearranged some faces right then and there!
