Delicious, delicous ooze. Just don't eat the ones that have dissolved a person.

Worldbuilding question for the GMs and writers out there; What is something* in your setting that people would consider ""normal"", but would be considered weird to us? *excluding the blatantly obvious #TTRPG

That's actually a pretty neat detail. Is it mostly glass in jewelry or what?

"* the blatantly obvious as in dragons. Stuff that straight up does not / cannot exist but is considered normal for your genre of choosing.

Ohhhh it's October! You know what that means! HORROR GAMES! In about an hour, I'm gonna start up a playthrough of Alan Wake, which uh - somehow I never played. Time to go be a writer in the woods! Either way, stream starts at 7PM CST!

I don't know why I never did! Everything I heard about them was good!

Fun fact, despite my love of horror, I've never played an Alan Wake game. Or Control. I should fix that.

Harry Potter fans trying to do their own Petra Parker is frankly an act of violence

Terrible news - absolutely not. Most people don't think to do it until it gets pointed out to them.

This is a genuinely good piece of advice for any GM for any TTRPG. Have a list of names, improvise a description. Scratch off the name when you've used it.

So, AI tools/assistants that automatically agree with, flatter, or validate a user's ideas rather than challenge them in any way, are known as "Yes Machines". ..... and he wants to rebrand "ai" as "si"? It's funny because he would never, ever get why that's funny.

Commission work done by the amazing @laserlazuli.bsky.social !!! Maddie is my first dnd character and I love how he portrayed the heroes feast spell with her favorite animal, also using inspiration cardcaptor sakura and dark magician girl!!! It's indescribable!!!! 🥺💛✨

A bright, yellow baker wielding a spoon staff floating among a collection of food and sheeps. This individual also has four wings depiciting she is a celestial/aasimar race of some sort. A variety of cupcakes, croissants, and madeleines fill the background along with sheeps! There are ribbons decorating the background. The background is inspired by the spell, Heroes feast!

The “super intelligence” thing is useful in the sense that if someone calls AI that you know you are dealing with a TURBO bozo

When Third Way says that Dems should hold off their anti-trans strategies, you know things are changing. The organization tends to be more centrist, and they are noticing the same thing the far-right is... the Republican anti-trans campaign cycle is NOT working this year.

I'd have preferred developing that application without the presence of AI, but. Silver linings, I suppose.

It feels weird. At the same time though, (at least for me) the act of needing to become better at spotting AI has also made me appreciate the work that goes into art so much more. Now I see someone's artwork, no matter the medium, and I just get to see all the work and effort they put into it.

The film is written, directed, and co-stars Hitoshi Ozawa, a legendary Yakuza actor who is a villain in Yakuza 0, who got his fellow legends involved. This was his passion project inspired by one of his best friends, a trans woman, and he worked with the community for representative casting.
