Weirdly I encountered the exact same thing today it gave me 3 options plus how long it would take. First one was 1 day, then 2 days, then one week. I selected the 3rd (one week option), which it finished in 20 minutes. Haha

So many things! The two biggest: 1) Level of interactivity required to make a great VR experience is very higher. 2) Performance optimization - high framerates (can't miss frames), very high resolutions all running on mobile hardware

First off ‘From Russia with Love’ is not a good choice for a video game (not enough action). That alone doesn’t explain the issues. Even the controls and shooting are very bad, confusing when EoN was pretty good. Would love to know more about the development of this game and how this happened.

Lastly we have ‘From Russia with Love’. This is a shockingly terrible game. If you told me this game came out 3 years before ‘Everything or Nothing’ I would have believed you. Reality 1.5 years after. Every part is worse.

Shortly after we started using Claude I added a rule to our Claudemd to never directly edit YAML or meta files as I thought that would be too dangerous. Sure enough I was right (unfortunately this file was made just before that change) and it turns out another team made the exact same mistake. 3/

I just had the impossible happen, two GUIDs collide. After a long debug, I finally discovered why a Unity package wouldn't compile. It had a meta GUID that collided with another one in our project...but wait that should be borderline mathematically impossible. Thread. 🧵 1/
