when you feel a loss of control, you get more irritable or euphoric or both. not everything is black and white. anger is a strong emotion and i feel like it should be taken into consideration more (and help if it is hurting someone else)

because alc or dxm and some other drugs are a depressant and it’s easier to rage/lash out when alc/drugs vs when you’re sober. plus usually ppl bottle up their emotions when sober and those feelings can only get stronger when on those things
