I'm always a little shocked when a form asks for your home phone and your cell phone (but only the home phone field is required) as if most people haven't had primarily just a cell phone for 20ish years. I'm slightly more shocked when I bump into someone who still has a landline.

I was supposed to move on Tuesday and instead we had to put our dog to sleep. Chloe would have been 15 in June. She was my best buddy for walks and hikes. Even when she was being a beagle (read: loud and extremely food motivated) she was the best girl.

Chloe's adoption flyer. We were her third family and they told us her first family called her Chloe. She never responded to Lupe. She was actually almost 7 years old at adoption, but she was, per the flyer, a sweet heart, a talker, playful, loved everyone and loved long walks.
