Where relations with racially minoritised groups, Black people in particular has been one of oppression, exploitation, violence, what types of fertile functionings are needed for Black people’s holistic wellbeing?

His discussion of a theory of wellbeing and relational equality, concepts such as corrosive disadvantage, secure&fertile functionings all have expanding my thinking around racial inequalities being more than just addressing material inequalities! How can we also transform relations of inequality?
