AI advocates say we have no right to stop innovation in the free market. Hogwash. We don’t allow corporations to come up with new nuclear weapons or varieties of cocaine or biological pathogens. We protect the public from certain kinds of innovation. We need guardrails on AI before it’s too late.

Tom Savini is a fucking legend. And he lost everything. His home. His beloved pets. His life's work - work that served as the foundation of the horror we hold most dear. There isn't the character count to list his legacy here. If you can, please consider donating. www.gofundme.com/f/support-to...

I was thrilled to see this on the end credits for Obsession. All films need to carry this legal warning, and any film that uses generative AI should be legally required to disclose it in the end credits or in the trailer along with the MPA rating. #Obsession #NoAI

The other approach to finally burying this abomination is for every guild and union to continue to file class action lawsuits against these companies for the wholesale theft of our art, until no one wants anything to do with these pathetic hucksters.

Hollywood is always so focused on young people, but they've failed to notice that those coming of age right now are largely rejecting AI. For all the money they think they're going to save in production, they're going to lose everything when no one goes to see the dreck they produce with AI.
