Is it just me, or is Alejandro G. Iñárritu channeling Roy Andersson for "Digger"?

I was thrilled to see this on the end credits for Obsession. All films need to carry this legal warning, and any film that uses generative AI should be legally required to disclose it in the end credits or in the trailer along with the MPA rating. #Obsession #NoAI

Here's my original painting for the amazing new restoration & blu-ray release of Cecil B. DeMille's "The Affairs of Anatol", starring the incredible Gloria Swanson of "Sunset Boulevard" fame and Bebe Daniels as a character named Satan Synne, in a spectacular octopus dress. The Farmers Market at Cannes. Similarly to the way Americans will batter and deep-fry just about anything, the French haven't found a single dish or ingredient that wouldn't be improved by baking it in puff pastry.

TRYING TO HAVE IT ALL. Acrylic on Canvas 11"x14". Usually I work from a detailed sketch and underpainting, but every once in awhile I just splatter paint on the canvas and wait for shapes and figures to reveal themselves. My version of surrealist automatism. #traditionalart #painting #surrealism

Pictures of food! Made dinner on Saturday for a bunch of friends whose birthdays are all in May. Marinated pork loin with a balsamic and shallot sauce/reduction, mashed sweet potatoes, asparagus, and carrots. Dark chocolate cake, with a vanilla ermine frosting, covered in chocolate ganache.

He didn't place his left hand on the Bible (even though he's such a big fan) and looks like he's trying to cross his stubby digits while taking the Oath of Office. So even if he remembered saying it, which is doubtful, he certainly didn't comprehend or mean what he was saying.

Well, technology has fucked us up in many ways. What I've said about the computer revolution is that it's allowed white collar criminals to do what the Mob would have loved to do -- put a pawn shop and a loan shark in every home! - Kurt Vonnegut #KurtVonnegut #writersky #technology
