My point is that most people's opinions are based off of poor use of statistics. Many of these issues are micro issues and dont apply on the macro level. Tanking is only a problem this year because the prospects are good, just like the wemby draft. Teams weren't tanking for rishacher lol

20% is 2.5 more frequent than 8% so that is very significant. Would make trading out of the top 10 for 2 later 1st rd picks a viable strategy instead of lighting a pick on fire

This is just bad statistical analysis. Obviously 11+ is going to have a bad hit rate when you lump in the 30 picks in the second round that are basically lottery tickets. 11-30 has a much more comparable hit rate

Ahh see you're still looking at this like a real job. It's an internship, 90% of applicants are fresh out of school with little experience. They get access to people, places and equipment they could never get on their own with expenses covered, and access to high paying freelance opportunities

You are trying to compare running a small business to running a billion dollar company in a highly competitive industry... They're not alike at all. Do you think the interns at Columbia records are paid well? If you want to rip a team for paying poorly at least start with the $7 an hr ones

Buddy... i worked in the nfl for a decade. My internships paid 7 and 12 dollars an hour in much higher cost of living cities. I have hired dozens of interns and been forced to pay them half of this... it doesn't get better than this in sports. It makes no sense to single out the Bills org for this

Yes, the NFL made teams rename paid internships "associates" if you look at any of the other teams you will see this. You will also see that $17 an hour is probably the highest paid internship. I have already confirmed that 5 teams pay less
