Sadly there are plenty. There's a whole little network of them. All pushing Niall's line, in exactly the same terms. Almost as if it's a concerted effort by someone. That's why I'm happy to call them out for what they are and bust the pretence that their real concern is the sanctity of the EU.

It's not our issue. The issue is you fantasising a roadblock in the form a demand you insist the EU will make despite you providing not a jot of evidence for it. If you're going to channel Niall why aren't you insisting the EU will follow the rules to the letter? Nothing in them about referenda.

I wonder why Badenoch couldn't say that London benefitted from Brexit 🤔 The reality is that neither London nor any other region in the UK has benefitted from Brexit - the opposite is the case. That's why our polling with YouGov shows that 628 out of 632 constituencies want to rejoin the EU.

I didn't vote for him - knew he would give us a sugar rush but would likely undermine the decades of hard work members have put in. His suggestion we should cosy up to Corbyn should have been a red flag. I'm going to stay to fight to clean up this mess though.

Agreed. It hasn't mattered that much up till now. We do have a long history of adopting some wacky policies at conferences because of people showing up with a bee in their bonnet about something. But those were cranks rather than a concerted group of bad faith actors on a mission.
