Building a people-first DC starts with listening. Starting in September I’m coming to every ward to hear what’s working, what needs to change & what you want your government to do better. Bring the family & your ideas. Let’s get to work. There will be food, kids’ activities & translation services.

I got a response from @janeese4dc.bsky.social to Trump’s threat to take over D.C. if she wins. “We are not going to protect our rights or home rule by obeying in advance,” she says. “The people of D.C. elect the mayor… and they want someone who will stand up to Donald Trump.”

Voting looks different this year because of ranked choice voting (RCV). The most important thing to remember: Rank Janeese #1!
Ranked Choice Voting: How to Vote For Janeese.

• Janeese's name will be in the 4th row.
• Rank Janeese #1 by marking the column 1 bubble in her row. Do not mark her in any other columns!
• Do not mark anyone else #1.
• Do not rank anyone you wouldn't want as mayor.

Also continues $200 predatory bus lane parking tickets in communities that have no parking . Vision Zero is good when done right but these predatory initiatives started by her campaign chair Tommy Well who is a former ward 6 council member and then the mayor job was to support it which is a hidden fact in DC legislation. Public safety is an important issue, but @kenyanmcduffie.bsky.social skipped UDC’s debate on the topic. Maybe it’s because he knows his empty rhetoric and sloganeering can't stand up to scrutiny. McDuffie has skipped most debates, sometimes even when he's confirmed his attendance. #WhereIsKenyan
