Current crisis between Iran and US triggered by US launching attack whilst nominally negotiating.US then called a truce but let Israel ignore it. Then stopped Israel but ignored it themselves. Now they refuse to send anyone to peace talks. Throughout Iran has been the only reliable constant....

This block of flats in Bristol has been largely abandoned since covid witu the pavement blocked, but the council keeps granting new developments permission. If they made granting new planning dependant on this site being completed commercial realities would quickly force the owners into action....
