The book held up against some bedding plants. The cover shows a severed hand with its curled and pointed fingers at the bottom. On top of the hand is a large spooky house towards which 2 figures and a dog are running on the right side of the thumb while a creepy, hunched figure with extraordinarily long arms stands on the hand’s left.

I wish the myth that only books pubbed within the last 5 years are allowed as comp titles would die. You can choose a comp that's 6 years old and no one will cast you into a furnace for it. Ideally 1 of them should be pretty recent, but I have no idea why people latched onto 5 years as an absolute.

I’ve have never read R.L. Stine before, but I watched the Goosebumps tv show when I was a kid. So, I was super excited to read Nightmare on Nightmare Street. It was a really fascinating read. Super fast-paced, A lot happening is just a few pages. Middle–grade horror as its finest. #booksky #books
Book cover for "Nightmare on Nightmare Street" by R.L. Stine. The central focus is a large, three-story Victorian-style mansion. It features a prominent turret on the left, a wide front porch, and intricate architectural details. Every window in the house is illuminated with an intense, fiery orange glow. In the large central window on the ground floor, a dark, solitary silhouette of a person is visible. The word "NIGHTMARE" is written in a large, aggressive, red stylized font that looks like it was painted or scratched. Below that, "ON NIGHTMARE STREET" is written in a clean, blocky, yellow-orange font that matches the glow of the windows.
