Speaking as somebody who has never played a Bubsy game before, Bubsy 4-D is certainly an interesting game so far. Feel like Bubsy gets dunked on by his supporting cast more than he does by fans of the platforming genre. That said he is a single uncle figure that refuses to put on pants... #Igetit

Yeah the new dash mechanic threw me for a loop at 1st too (especially if you've played/replayed the original relatively recently). Think its worth sticking with until you've unlocked all of her arsenal however. Think herstaff was my least favorite. Plus toxic Yuri if that's your thing :P

Tried playing the game with @holywingdiver.bsky.social (miss you girl) several years ago but we had some connection issues unfortunately. Think Im just about done with Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (PS4) for the moment. Think I last played the game back in 2010 so it was weird coming back to it 16 years later. That said still pretty rewarding. Anamanaguchi's soundtrack still kicks ass and the mix of beat em up/RPG mechanics is chef's 💋

Think its definitely worth a re-visit if you still own the game. That said think I'm a sucker for the Hawaii inspired locale so that may have something to do with it as well. It was the first PKMN title to get rid of HMs and traditional gym battles so its nice to see Gamefreak take some chances.

Last time I tried one was with Emerald & after Wallace made me his bitch I didn't have the patience to raise up another team. So yeah compared to that did a lot better this time around. Still lost 15 Pokemon this time around but could have been worse.

Went ahead & forwent any Z-Crystal shenanigans and even did a Wedlocke (i. can only catch the first pokemon on any route, ii. If a pokemon faints you can no longer use it, iii) each Pokemon is paired together with another and you can only switch between the two in battle) to switch things up aswell.

Revisited the Alola region for the first time in over decade and have to say Sun/Moon actually hold up rather really well. I never got around to Ultra Sun/Moon so think the last time I touched played a Generation VII game was when I used Moon to propose to my wife back in 2017. #Dax2026games

Glad I'm not the only one. Have always known that the CS games appeal to the harem fantasy but feel like its never been this bad. Feel like they make such a big deal about the drinking age in CS 3&4 too, while Erebonia's age of consent is not mentioned once. Oh well still afeel good series overall.

Other than that think Cold Steel IV falls lower than 2 & 3 for me is because of little things like being disappointed by Laura and Osborne's change in Voice Actors as well. Think playing CSIII and CSIV back to back probably didn't help either (tinsy bit of fatigue toward the end).
