Yesterday afternoon, the first meeting of my Ancient Celtic Working Group took place in @scs-dias.bsky.social. This was chiefly an introduction to what this group will be about (preparing a handbook of Ancient Celtic). Over 50 people participated, online and in person.

Adrian Doyle gave a very interesting paper on digital tools and resources for Old Irish more broadly. The symposium was very well organised and provided a lot of food for thought. The papers were recorded and will probably be made publicly available by the organisers of the symposium. /4

Yesterday was a special day. Today is a special day also. "Eternal", a 14 CD collection of Joy Division live recordings was launched. Very beautifully done, with 2 DVDs of video recordings of concerts. Accompanied by some merchandise in the record shop I trust. @jd-central.bsky.social
