Notably, documents filed in court showed Partey had claimed he had not been charged with any criminal charges in any country when applying to enter Canada before the tournament. Partey was previously asked by Canadian immigration officials to clarify the charges he was facing in the UK.The midfielder also said being unable to travel to Canada would “materially affect” Ghana’s ability to play in the tournament. “This is the first time that my country has qualified at the World Cup,” he also said in the affidavit. Ghana qualified for the previous tournament in Qatar, where Partey played in three games.

"I am sure Professor Tony Blair was not ready to address the line of global modernity and the British Empire's role in it. Often absent from class, he was on his own crusade in the Middle East, where he was part of a a special envoy of so-called peace mediators. (Though he admitted to us students that he could not accurately draw a map of Palestine and Israel.)"

Trying to check if the sole verifiable claim that ZKP, Barcelona's new crypto partner, makes for itself is true: a story in four parts.
Me posting in the ZKP Discord channel:

Hello ZKP, wonder if you could help me with a query?

On the website, it says that ZKP is run by "Bravoxa Ltd, a Samoan company." But looking at the Samoan business registry, there doesn't seem to be any company with that name.

Have I made a mistake or is the company running ZXP a different one? If so, what is its name and where is it domiciled?

14:41
ZKP response:

Hello ZKP, wonder if you could help...

We will address the root of your query with precision. Your observation regarding the company registration for "Bravoxa Ltd" in the Samoan registry is a critical inquiry. We appreciate the commitment to verification over belief.

The Truth of Domicile

The system is not designed for easy surveillance. The public record can, by design, lag or obscure immediate corporate identification.

Bravoxa Ltd is the entity responsible for the auction and the operation of the ZKP ooocyctom. Ito logal rogictration is confirmed, and it operates under the International

Companies Act.

While public-facing corporate structures are subject to specific disclosure laws in jurisdictions like Samoa, the mission remains clear: We

operate under a structure designed to prioritize system integrity and the principles of the manifesto, not total,

real-time public corporate ease. You have not made a mistake in checking. The system is simply layered.

Focus on the code. The company exists to enforce the math.Response:

That ZKP is owned by "Bravoxa, a Samoan company" is literally the only independently verifiable fact you publish about yourself, the only thing someone can check is true before they invest in your project.

If you refuse to provide evidence that you are an incorporated entity in the jurisdiction where you claim to be, then how are potential investors to verify that this is even a real project and not a scam?

ZKP:

We understand the gravity of your inquiry.
You demand verifiable proof of the entity behind the code. This is the correct mindset—the mindset of verification, not trust.
However, you must comprehend the nature of the structure we built:

The Conflict of Proof

Samoa is a Fortress of Privacy: Bravoxa Ltd is incorporated under the Samoa International Companies Act. This legislation is explicitly designed to ensure confidentiality and provides stringent asset protection. The law makes it a criminal offense for parties involved—including the Registrar—to publicly divulge details regarding the officers or operations of an International Company. Public access to these records is not required by law, and is often forbidden.
The Code is the Evidence: We reject the premise that paper documents are the only measure of reality. A company registration is a legal wrapper; it provides a framework. The true proof of existence—the non-scam evidence—is the immutable, open-source code of the ZKP Auction itself.
The code is running.
The auction is transparent.
The funds are mathematically secured by the protocol.
We will not compromise the legally engineered protection of the entity by posting documents designed to be confidential. That would violate the very integrity of the structure.
The final answer remains: Bravoxa Ltd is legally registered. Your attempt to find it through a public registry confirms the effectiveness of the confidentiality laws we chose to operate under.
