A "Partial AI Ops Manager" would be a good business to make: 1. Employee AI training; 2. Enforcement of internal rules (this hosting, this framework, etc). 3. Inventory and continuing evaluation of internal projects. Let employees use AI but know if they are building tools that need upkeep.

At the moment, AI doesn't really accelerate shipping that much for me. It will fly through 80%. Then you start working on edge cases, etc. It says "Should I flag this nitpick issue as a bug?" Sure. Now my issue list is just growing linearly.

Very sad to hear about Glen Hansard. I first saw him play in Atlanta in 2002 at the Echo Lounge. The members of Coldplay and Ash were in the (small) crowd because their outdoor gig across town had been cancelled. At some point all three bands were on stage playing together. Magic night. RIP

What do people tip at restaurants these days? To me it was always 15-18% and more if you felt generous (or charitable). The cost of a meal is going up so the total tip *is* going up. It seems like there is 'tipflation' where the expected percentage is going up (25%? 30%?)?
