I feel like I’m killing myself with work in a bid to just survive financially. I don’t see anything changing apart from me dropping down dead at some point. Fed up doesn’t describe it, it’s full on anxiety/depression/tiredness. Also feeling not good enough and that I go on like a broken record 😔

Laid here ruminating or as us anxietyheads call it …overthinking. The last time I had a proper holiday abroad was 2011. I can’t afford one, I’ve had a few days off and basically laid in or on the bed. I got my monthly pay on Friday and bills have just about wiped it out 😕😕
