I was thinking the same just this last weekend, actually. Colors were "muted" last fall. No idea what the leaf peepers are in store for this autumn, but I was thinking a day trip to Boston. Why not, I work for an airline, direct flight... Yeah not quite "Vermont", but there in the thereabouts.

Cool, do you still have his letter? I found a copy of Who's Who in America at my highschool library back in 1980/81. Bored one day, and on a whim, I wrote to Colonel Tom Parker. He sent me his autograph on an Elvis card. I tucked it away in an Elvis cassette, but it seems to have disappeared.

Woke up needing to write about the difference between the intelligence of wholeness vs. the intelligence of the ego. And sseing that ego (sense of separate self) developed my very ability to be able to contemplate all of this & how my whole life has been about how to allow the two to co-create.

My mom bought my brother and me one of those little record players when we were kids, along with a handful of 45s. The only one I remember was The Candy Man, by Sammy Davis, Jr. Probably because my brother played it over and over and over again. Released in '72, so I would have been seven.
