Reflexes was frequently the best stat in most games. I love Rifts and by default Palladium for all of it's broken awesomeness. The Robotech version is a hoot.

I’m figuring out my 2027 campaign as my 3.5 Forgotten Realms wraps in Dec. After 40 yrs of collecting TTRPGs, I want more games off my shelves & onto the table. Part of me thinks Shadowrun 2E, but I ran it virtually in 2025. What older TTRPGs do y’all recommend for an in-person, 1-year campaign? 🎲

I’m an old-school Green Lantern fan (John is my GL from comics and Justice League animated series), and I absolutely believe you need to update the material to fit the medium and the budget. But what they did here just didn’t speak to me, and I feel like it undercut both John and Hal.

I used my writing break for The Witcher, so it’s back to scheduling & timelines. Over my six monitors are a dozen different timeline ideas & products, and I’m trying to figure out what happens if X moves to Y, then Y slots into M… All of these Excel sheets are making me question my life choices. 😂

Just finished #StrangeNewWorlds S4E10, & honestly, it was the season’s best. It was basically a riff on a bad #DoctorWho episode… and somehow did it better. 😂 I’ve got conflicted feelings about the series, as it started feeling more and more like the Kirk show at the cost of the our regular crew.
