I think my favourite part of @gailsimone.bsky.social run on UXM might be the way she writes Jubilee and Nightcrawler. The former has grown up and become a really great character no longer defined as a sidekick, and the latter continues to be the most compassionate and human of the group.

#YALC looks a mess this year. Website linked from their emails still lists last year's dates, and has a bunch of broken links. Email itself says one set of dates and venue, then text further down gives a different set of dates and venue. Doesn't fill one with confidence that it's going ahead.
