I used the algorithm of the paper: Iterative Motion Compensation for Canonical 3D Reconstruction, to compensate the motion in the yarrows.. it somewhat worked, but still need to do some tweaks.

That's for focus stacking. It records at around 10fps, then I merge all the ~100 images together to get a fully sharp photo.
