one problem with webmcp is that watching astra take 30 seconds to rapidly click around a UI feels a lot more magical than waiting 10 seconds for it to accomplish the same thing with webmcp calls.

mapbox is great for rendering geojson-based isobars, but they can't really be animated nicely over time or interpolated. so I made a custom webgl layer that does realtime isolines + placement of mtsdf-based labels
