I used the algorithm of the paper: Iterative Motion Compensation for Canonical 3D Reconstruction, to compensate the motion in the yarrows.. it somewhat worked, but still need to do some tweaks.

I found this gorgeous beetle. It was dead and ants already got to it. I wanted to capture it into a Gaussian splat.. but realizing now it's highly reflective, almost like a car. It won't reconstruct well. 🤔
